Nawruz at Parwana

6:30PM MARCH 21ST

Nawruz (New Day) is celebrated on the Spring Equinox and marks the first day of Afghanistan's New Year. The beginning of a new year brings with it hope of fresh possibility and a spirit of solidarity and optimism.

We recognise that right now nothing in our world is more important than the spirit of Nawruz. When we see the senseless conflicts around the world, the loss of sacred life and the plight of refugees.

Join us as we share in the Nawruz spirit of gratitude and harmony.

A special Nawruz table is prepared for this event including starters, mains and dessert. Wine is BYO at no additional charge. The night includes live music, poetry and Durkhanai Ayubi sharing the significance of Nawruz. Our Nawruz dinner will be held at Parwana Afghan Kitchen on Monday 21 March at 6.30pm.

COST IS $100 PER PERSON.
